Ivo Jupa co-founded and led an organization focused on teacher education and equal opportunities for children. He worked as a department director at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. He was responsible for the programming and implementation of EU structural funds in education, science, and research for the Czech Republic. He was a representative of the Czech Republic in the Education Committee of the Council of the European Union and, last but not least, worked as a general manager on a project implementing the national qualifications system. Among other things, he is the founder of CSR consult s.r.o. / today Innovation Footprint /, focusing on the creation of concepts and projects fulfilling the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the concept of shared value – he is, for example, the author of the DMS concept, which allows donors to collect donations via mobile phones. He currently works as the director of the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic.
