Ladislav Kučera obtained master degree at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, focused on technical environmental protection "Waste management". He also engaged in applied research and acted as an environmental consultant. Since 2012, moved to Brussels and worked for Directorate-General for Health and Consumers, Regional Policy and Employment at the European Commission in Brussels. From 2015, worked in the Department of European Funds at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, first as expert coordinator, later as the head of unit. In 2016, became the head of the other European Funds Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Since 2018, working at ŠKODA AUTO as a regional development coordinator for the regions where the company has production plants. In 2018, Ladislav was appointed director of the ŠKODA AUTO Endowment Fund and his priority became the comprehensive and sustainable development of the Mladá Boleslav region. In his free time, studies history, urbanism and sustainable development, and also contributes to the development of family plum farm.
